The HAPIfork
This fork is more than just a way to get food in your mouth: it's a spy! Well, kind of. It uses electronic sensors to monitor your eating habits. Like, if you eat too fast, the fork starts to vibrate. The fork uploads information about your habits track your progress, and an online "coach" gives you tips to make any changes.

Quirky's Pluck
Separating the egg whites that you want to eat from the egg yolks you don't can be a pain, right? So with Pluck, you crack an egg into a bowl and then just squeeze the gadget to suck the yolk back up into the chamber. Ta da--separated eggs!

AspireAssist
This is a gadget that a doctor has to install--no DIY on this one. A valve is inserted directly into the stomach, where it lies flush with your skin. About 20 minutes after eating, you open the valve and drain out about one-third of what you just ate. (Not for the faint of heart, if you want to check out the video above.)
