Europe has rediscovered Asia!? Long after the French pulled out of Vietnam, they are beating a quick path to get back in.? A crucial European Union trade official wants to initiate dialogues on a far-reaching Free Trade Agreement with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). The remarks were made at a commerce summit between EU and Asian officials at the lead-up to the ASEAN conference in Cambodia.? ?That?s Cambodia, Captain.? We?re not supposed to be in Cambodia.?
